When a coating is the right move
Coatings work on roofs that are dry, well attached and past their best — chalking metal, aging single-ply, weathered mod bit. They don't fix wet insulation or a failed deck. That's why every coating proposal starts with a moisture check.
- Metal roofs — rust treatment, fastener and seam sealing, then a full coating system.
