Church roofs are complicated
Sanctuaries often combine steep-slope shingle or slate with flat roofs over fellowship halls and education wings, plus steeples, bell towers and stained-glass openings. We work across all of them — TPO and coatings on the flat sections, and shingle, slate, metal and copper on the rest.
Plan ahead with a maintenance program
Congregations budget a year at a time. A maintenance plan with a written condition report gives your committee years of notice before a major roof expense, and keeps small leaks from damaging sanctuaries, organs and classrooms.
Financing
Commercial financing is available through Regions Bank, so a needed roof doesn't have to wait on a capital campaign.
