Which option fits your roof?
Most owners don't need to guess. Here's where each option usually fits — the inspection tells you for sure.
Leak repair & emergency response
Same-day response to stop the water, protect the interior and document the damage — then a permanent repair once the roof is dry.

Inspection, scope and execution — no surprises.
Commercial roofs fail quietly. By the time water shows on a ceiling tile it has usually been traveling under the membrane for weeks.
So we start on the roof — seams, flashings, penetrations, drains and edge metal — and add core cuts or a moisture survey when we suspect wet insulation. That one question decides whether a roof can be restored, recovered, or has to come off.

We check before we recommend.
Code allows a new roof over an existing one only when the existing roof is dry, structurally sound and there's no more than one layer already. A recover saves tear-off and disposal and keeps the building in operation. Putting a new membrane over wet insulation traps the problem — and wastes the new roof.
When a recover makes sense, it's often the best-value move an owner can make. When it doesn't, we'll show you why with cores and photos.
Drainage is everything.
Most flat roof failures start with ponding water. On replacements we design tapered polyiso insulation to move water to drains and scuppers — fixing the cause, not just the membrane.
5.0 stars on Google. Here's why.
The same partners and standards behind our residential work run the Commercial Division.
“The most attention to detail I've ever seen, paired with outstanding customer service. The owner personally walked me through the process and truly listened to my concerns. Unlike other companies trying to upsell unnecessary and costly options, Mosaic provided honest advice that saved my family from a financial disaster. Their professionalism and integrity are unmatched.”
“Due to the storm and heavy rain, I realized something was wrong when rain water started pouring out of my fireplace. I contacted Mosaic Roofing Company late, after 1 a.m. Kyle was already out helping another customer, but he communicated with me and even tried to come help at 1 a.m. — now that's dedication! Kyle and his team made it out at 7:30 a.m. to diagnose and seal my chimney.”
“Honesty. Mosaic didn't sign me up as a customer today, but they've earned my business for life. When I inevitably need a roofing project done, Mosaic will be my first and only call.”
“During the ice storm this weekend Mosaic Roofing Company responded quickly to patch up my roof. A tree limb had fallen through my roof, my attic, and come through my bedroom ceiling. Mr. Kyle Costen and his crew removed the limbs and covered the damaged roof. I am so thankful for their excellent and timely service.”
“Kyle and Mike were great and took care of everything. They replaced my roof at a very reasonable price and the crew did a great job — fast, and cleaned up properly after the job. It's been a few months and many a downpour, and everything is sealed up properly. I've had zero issues.”
“I have yet to see another roofing company with better quality work ethic and performance. The response time was immediate and they have the best prices in town.”
Your roof protects more than a building.
It protects your tenants, your congregation, your customers, your staff and everything you've invested in the property. We take that seriously on every job.
That's why a partner — an owner of this company — is involved from the first inspection to the final walk. We tell you what we actually find, test before we recommend, and price every realistic option so you can make the decision that's right for your building and your budget. If a repair or a coating is enough, we'll say so.
We're a faith-based, partner-led company, and we measure success by the relationships that last long after the crew leaves. When you call us back years from now, you'll talk to the same people.

Questions owners and managers ask.
How quickly can you respond to a commercial roof leak in Atlanta?
For active leaks we aim to have someone on site the same day, usually within 4 to 6 hours, to stop the water and protect the interior. Permanent repairs are scheduled once the roof is dry.
Can you recover an existing flat roof instead of tearing it off?
Often, if the existing roof and insulation are dry and there is only one existing layer. We test for moisture before recommending a recover or overlay.
Do you work after hours or on weekends for occupied buildings?
Yes. We regularly schedule early mornings, evenings and weekends for churches, offices, restaurants and retail so the building can keep running.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We handle the building permit wherever the city or county requires one and schedule any required inspections.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our crews carry general liability and workers' compensation, and we'll send a certificate of insurance to you or your property manager before work starts.
What does a commercial roof replacement cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, the system, insulation thickness and tapering, drainage changes, edge metal and access. We price every option in writing after the inspection so you can compare repair, restoration, recover and replacement side by side.
