Commercial owners and managers need different things than homeowners: capital-planning reports, certificates of insurance, after-hours scheduling and a contractor who answers the phone when a tenant calls about a ceiling tile. We built the Commercial Division to give those clients one dedicated point of contact, with the same crews and standards behind it.
